PrintPix is designed as a local utility app. We do not accept photo printing orders or payments within the app. All image processing, including background removal and PDF generation, occurs locally on your device using Google ML Kit and on-device logic. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Information Collection

Since the application operates purely as a local tool, we collect minimal information:

  • Photos: Access to your camera and gallery is required only to select the photo you wish to edit and print. These photos remain on your device.
  • Storage Access: Required to save the generated PDF files to your local device storage.
  • Permissions: The App requests Camera and Storage permissions as necessary for its core features.

3. Third-Party Services

The app utilizes Google ML Kit for face detection and background removal. This processing is performed on your device. No biometric or photo data is shared with Google or any other third party by PrintPix.

4. Data Security

By keeping all processing local, PrintPix eliminates the risk of server-side data breaches. Your data security is governed by the security of your dynamic mobile device.
